How often do you listen to music during sex? Do you wish you did it more often?
Most of the time M & I generally don’t have music on during our playtime. However, we have been known to be watching a TV show on one of our laptops, and to suddenly break out into one of our playtimes while the show is still going on. If the music in TV shows counts, then yes we have listened to it during sex. BUT do we concentrate on it, I don’t and M is probably the same.

I don’t really take much notice of music when I am busy pleasuring M.

I haven’t really taken that much notice. I’m more concerned about giving M the orgasms she deserves than being in time with the music. It may affect me subconsciously though.

I personally don’t feel any more sexy with or without background music

Definitely not, and I don’t think M would either.
