CalExotics gave us the opportunity to review an interesting product for us. This is not the sort of toy that we would consider purchasing for ourselves.
The Maximus Enhancement System – Riders is a male sleeve, not a masturbation sleeve, but a sleeve to add additional girth and support to one’s penis. As I mentioned earlier, I wouldn’t exactly purchase a toy like this for our sexual adventures.
I’m not sure how to write this toy review for this toy. M and I weren’t exactly successful in using this toy, and getting satisfaction from the toy.
The Maximus Enhancement System is a TPR sleeve designed to fit snuggly on the penis, and add girth and supports the penis. Because of the snug fit, we found it rather difficult to get the Maximus Rider to slip onto my cock, even when I was fully erect. Even with a decent amount of water based lubricant, we still found it rather difficult to put on, even though it is stretchy. Once we did manage to get it somewhat on my erect cock, because of the amount of lube that we used, it wouldn’t stay on my cock.
When the Maximus Rider was on my cock, I didn’t find that it supported my penis, I actually found that the compression it applied actually caused a reduced level of erection. It didn’t perform anything like a cock ring to support my erection at all.
The Maximus Rider also had a clitoral vibrator that is built in. The vibrator has a simple on/off button, but when it is in the off position, there is a pressure switch that starts the vibrator. So while wearing the Maximus Rider, the vibrator starts vibrating on the deep thrusts, apart from that the vibrator stays off. The vibrator was strong enough to be felt both by M when pressed against it, but also by myself through the sleeve.
The Maximus Enhancement System is manufactured from TPR Silicon, and as such isn’t suitable for use with silicone lubricants. Water based lubricants all the way.
The sleeve part of the Maximus Rider is approximately 10cm (long) by 4.5cm (diameter). The clitoral vibrator is about 2cm (long) by 2.5cm (diameter).
Personally, this isn’t a toy that we would purchase. We found it hard to put on without lubricant, but using lots of lubricant meant that it wouldn’t stay on properly. I didn’t find that the Maximus Rider supported my erection well, and the vibrator did provide enough stimulation.
We rate the Maximus Enhancement System only 1.5 out of 5.
