Merry Christmas

Many of you will possibly read this before it is Christmas in your part of the world. We hadn’t planned to post any pictures, or write any stories, or any other special activities here on the blog.

So Merry Christmas to you all.

Kindle Erotica

Since I decided to go with the Amazon Kindle, I’m looking for some good Kindle erotica to read. I know that there is plently of erotica posted on websites, but I’m looking for erotica written for Kindle.

Bite the Apple

From a blindfolded encounter with a stranger in a hotel room to a consumation of an office crush; this collection of stories will tempt and seduce you.

Follow Axle and Belle, Blair and Kitty, and a host of others as they live out their secret sexual fantasies. Watch through their eyes as they pleasure their partners and themselves.

Rock Her World

Alice is a twenty-something receptionist who spends her Friday nights partying with her friends. One memorable night she meets Steve who she is instantly attracted to. He sweeps her back to his apartment for a night of passion with a few stops along the way.

Her first encounter leaves her craving more but her second encounter introduces her to Jason who has his own attractions.

Rock Her World is a story of an adventurous, horny young woman who discovers that while two is company three is definitely not a crowd.

These eBooks are both written by my friend Gemma Jones. You can grab both of these eBooks from Amazon or Smashwords, and I will be doing just that in the next few days once I have a collection of eBooks I want to purchase so I can purchase in one transaction. Go grab your copy and help a friend.

Which eReader?

I’ve tweeted recently about my desire to purchase, or have M give me, an eBook reader for Christmas this year. I’m having trouble narrowing down which one I prefer, as the one I am pretty sure that I want, cannot, and will not be shipped to Australia by Amazon.

I was initially wanting the Kindle Touch Wi-Fi, however according to the Amazon website, that Touch cannot be sent down here to Australia, which mildly sucks. So I’m really up in the air as to the eReader I should get.

I like the idea of a keyboarded version, but adding the keyboard to the screen makes the device larger. The latest Kindle (v4) has an on-screen keyboard which is controlled by a 5-way button, and the Touch has an on-screen keyboard which can be controlled by your, you guessed it, touch.

Then there are the other devices out there, the Nook from Barnes & Noble, the Kobo, and the Sony eReader just to name a few. I am sure that there are others, but these are the main ones that I have looked at so far.

I have pretty much narrowed my choice down to two devices, the Kindle Keyboard, and the Sony eReader, primarily because of their ability to play audio, as well as handle eBooks. I am a fan of audio books to some extent, so to have the audio version of a book playing in my ear as I read the book will definitely be helpful.

So of my two choices (Kindle Keyboard & Sony eReader) which would you choose, and why? If you have an alternative device, what is it, and why did you choose it?

Comment Spam

Ever wondered how the comment spam that your blog receives is so alike, but yet different?  We I received a comment that shows exactly how it works, or at least that is what I believe.

The comment that I received appeared to have the options that are replaced listed out with each other, but neither of them was selected, they were all listed.  I’ll show you what I mean:

I was {recommended|suggested} this {blog|website|web site} by my cousin. {I am|I’m} not sure whether this post is written by him as {no one|nobody} else know such detailed about my {problem|difficulty|trouble}. {You are|You’re} {amazing|wonderful|i…

Basically it looks like the comment is written, and some of the words have had their synonyms listed, so that the spam software picks one of the synonyms and spits it out as part of the comment. So each comment is different, but still convey the same message. I think this one had a problem on the way through.
